It has always been our philosophy at CPTT that maintaining a concentrated, in-house training program will yield a highly skilled work force of machinists, tool and die makers and design engineers.  In support of this philosophy, since our inception, CPTT has continued to actively participate in a registered apprenticeship training program for the skills development of our employees.
